THE PROCESS
DESIGN CONSULTATION
As part of our design process, our clients begin with speaking to one of our concrete design experts who assist in choosing colors and other available options. The client is given opportunities to touch and feel concrete samples and view color charts, and look at previous projects for inspirational idea. This process insures 100% customer satisfaction, and helps TCCP understand the clients needs.
PROJECT PREPERATION
Once the design process has been completed, and the project scheduled, TCCP will begin ordering material and preparing for the project. There a many steps involved, but rest assured that TCCP has you covered.
CAST-IN-PLACE COUNTERTOPS
Cast-in-place concrete countertops are our most popular construction method. This method allows us to build any size countertop without seams. TCCP utilizes a unique material called GFRC(glass fiber reinforced cement) which is composed of a HUGE amount of fiber and polymer. There are many benifits to GFRC including light wieght construction, fast drytime, and heavy duty duribility. Our GFRC material also comes in white which allows us to pigment the cement or stain it for a vibrant and custom look.
PRE-CAST COUNTERTOPS
Pre-cast concrete countertops are a great technique when an in-and-out process is desired. All precast counter-tops are built in our warehouse where all the variable are controlled. The only time a job site visit is required is during templating and delivery. Unfortunately, because of size restrictions, not all pieces can be done without a seam. So this technique is for projects where small pieces are in mind. This technique still uses the same material with the same amount of unique design options and overall appearance.
